Midland carnival

We took the kids down to the carnival today so we beat the 4th of July crowd. They enjoyed it, but Luka was a little disappointed. This is the kid that began riding on big rides that was now being told he could only ride the motorcycles and kiddie rides like that. He had his heart set on the round up, lol. I tried to tell the kids that carnivals are a rip off, but they don't get it. Since there was hardly anyone there, they rode each ride probably 6 times or more. We will still go to the park and the parade on Saturday (that is when they are doing it) but the riding is out of the way. Sunday, we will go to Pittsburgh for their fireworks. I just can't believe it is already July. I am not looking forward to getting up at 7am again, lol.
