Halloween '08

This Halloween sure was interesting. Zac wanted to be Mickey Mouse again like he was last year. Well, in school they had to dress up and I didn't want his costume to get ruined before trick or treat so I dressed him a Darth Vader. He came home from school and decided that he wanted to be Darth Vader for Halloween. Then Luka was suppose to be a puppy. He WOULD NOT put the costume on for nothing. We tried and tried for days and he just wouldn't do it. So we were getting Michael and Zac dressed to go trick or treating (Michael was Alien Stitch) and Luka acted like he wanted something on. Mind you, this is as we are walking out the door. He goes and picks up Zac's Mickey Mouse costume. We throw it on him, and to our surprise, he keeps it on. Problem is, he has on a green sweat outfit underneath. We weren't about to take chances trying to change him into the right clothes, so that is why he is dressed the way he is, a green Mickey Mouse. Maybe next year he can wear the real costume.

Anyway, this definately was Michael's year for trick or treating. He was having a blast. He couldn't wait to get to the next house. We took them around our house. We kept Luka in the stroller. The sidewalks down here aren't the safest things. I tripped myself countless times. Zac was ok at the beginning and then started to complain. He was more interested in eating his chips and candy than getting to the next house. They got tons of stuff though. And we didn't even get Luka stuff. Of course they are just going to all share. Luka had fun too. He was waving to everyone saying bye and thank you. It was too cute.
