Children's Museum, Hard Rock, Station Square

We took the kids to the Children's Museum on Friday. Mike had the day off because he worked 4 10 hour days, so I decided to take advantage. Michael's birthday is Tuesday, so I told him that we were going to take him and do something special for his birthday. My mom babysits Milana on Fridays, so, I called her and she went too. The kids LOVED the museum. They got to make silk screens, paint, make paper, play in water, just do a whole bunch of fun stuff. They never stopped. Luka had a great time too. He just amazes us on how he just fits right in with the older kids. All he has to do is watch somebody do something one time, and he is off doing it himself. And believe me, he wants no help. It was too funny when this older man pushed a button with his foot and Luka seen him. Luka went over and was trying to push the button with his foot too. The man was laughing so hard. It was so cute. They just all really had a good time. After we were done there, we went over to Station Square to the dancing water fountain thing so the kids could see it. They really enjoyed it. The Hard Rock Cafe is right there so I thought what kid wouldn't want to eat there, so we put our name in and waited at the water fountain for a table. When we went in, the kids were so excited. Michael was there, but I think he was younger than 2 so he wouldn't remember. What a perfect place for kids. It is so loud that it doesn't matter how your kids are acting because nobody can hear them, lol. They weren't being bad, it is just a perfect place for bad kids. We left the Hard Rock and just walked through Station Square Mall. Nothing exciting there. Michael must have thanked us for the day 100 times. He just had such a good time. It made us feel good to know that he was so happy. It was actually a pretty perfect day. We couldn't have planned it any better.
